How do we help a diverse team stay consistent and move fast?

The Visa re-design team was 40+ strong with members rolling on and off from various disciplines, and knowledge loss became an issue that needed a quick solution.

Established a set of design patterns and components for reuse and consistency across all UX documentation, and used in conjunction with the Visa Brand Library.

I was the Associate Experience Director for roughly 40% of the project cycle; primarily responsible for wireframing and maintaining the design system. Also collaborated with the design and development teams to brainstorm ideas and problem solve.
